The lady at the register was very nice, helpful, and knew exactly what I was looking for and where to get it off the shelf at. Excellent service

Incredibly disruptive maintenance. They’ve been running loud industrial scrubbers since midnight. It’s now 2:50 AM and the noise is unbearable. This store has zero respect for the neighborhood and the residents trying to sleep. This is a blatant noise violation. Fix your schedule immediately.

This store was fine. They didn't have what I was looking for, but they seemed to be organized and neat. Lots of staff around and available to assist customers. A bit of a smaller location than other Academy stores I've been in.

I placed an order from this store and paid for next day delivery. Got home from work to see it and they sent a display model missing instructions and parts. Now I have to go exchange it defeating the purpose of delivery.

The customer service representatives at this store are always ready to accommodate and are very helpful. They are helpful and very attentive to what you may need. Now I originally joined the store because of my son's football needs but now periodically we go for the sales and it's a quick way to avoid the mall hassle. I usually can find what I need and often a shoe I haven't seen. They also have a clearance wall, that may even have good finds.
